At BEK Communications, supporting organizations that strengthen our communities is at the heart of who we are.

As a member-owned cooperative, we’re committed to enhancing the well-being and vitality of the areas we serve. We actively support efforts that promote education, opportunity, and a shared commitment to community well-being.

Sponsorships are available to eligible organizations that are tax-exempt, nonprofit, or community-based, and are located within our five-district cooperative service area, as shown on the district map.

Sponsorship requests must be submitted through the online form at least 30 days before the event date.

All requests are initially reviewed by the BEK Marketing Department. Requests for larger events or specialized items may require additional processing time and management approval. Each request is evaluated individually, and support may include financial contributions, services, or materials, depending on availability and scope.

If your request involves community-owned businesses (such as cafés, grocery stores, or motels), community facilities (like ambulance services, fire districts, or senior centers), or community-based, not-for-profit projects (including school or youth initiatives), you may also be eligible for support through the Community Partnership Program (CPP) — a structured initiative developed by the BEK Board of Directors to meet the current and future needs of the communities we serve. All contributions are provided at BEK’s discretion.

Donation Guidelines & Available Items

  • Cash Donations

    The BEK Marketing Department manages cash donation requests of $500 or less. Requests exceeding this amount may require additional processing time and approval from BEK Leadership. Cash donations are required to include the BEK Circle Logo on any promotional materials associated with the event or initiative. Download our logo here.

  • Branded Items & Event Support

    BEK may provide the following branded materials and event support items, subject to availability and at our discretion:

    • Cups & Napkins – Up to 1,000 BEK-branded cups and/or napkins may be donated to public entities such as churches, schools, and civic organizations for use at community events. These items are not provided for personal use or individual profit.
    • Bottled Water – Up to 20 cases (480 bottles) may be made available to qualifying organizations or events.
    • Silent Auction Basket – BEK may donate a curated basket for use in fundraising raffles or silent auctions. Baskets typically include branded items and locally sourced products, with an estimated value between $250 and $500.

  • Wi-Fi Connectivity

    BEK may provide wireless internet connectivity and access at certain events, depending on location, available infrastructure, and other logistical considerations. Availability is determined at BEK’s discretion.
