The Foundation for Rural Services (FRS) invites you to participate in the 2025 Youth Tour, an unforgettable experience in our nation’s capital. Since 1995, the FRS Youth Tour has provided thousands of students from rural America with the chance to see Washington, D.C. and learn about the critical role rural broadband plays in connecting communities like ours to the world.
